I've dedicated my career to eliminating frustration from products, particularly for users who serve others. It’s why I'm truly passionate about the impactful work happening at Practice Better.
Evidence-Based Practice Institute
Chief Product Officer
EBPI is dedicated to eliminating death by suicide by empowering care providers. As the CPO of this growing Seattle startup, I was responsible for operations and special projects along with my product leadership duties.
Massage Envy
UX Design Lead
(Deloitte)
While at Deloitte, our design team created a digital transformation of the Massage Envy business — moving from paper-based to digital intake, scheduling, and note-taking. I worked directly with the CIO of Massage Envy.
Ford
Group Design Director
(VML)
I am currently a Group Director of Experience Design for VML. I manage a team of 20 designers who are reimagining the dealership experience for Ford Motor Company.
Organized Approach
I am organized and action-oriented. I learned the Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology directly from its creator, David Allen, in 2005, and have used it for almost 20 years to direct multiple projects across a variety of cross-functional teams.
Cross-Functional Background
While the majority of my experience is in product and design leadership, I’ve worked professionally as a software developer and QA engineer, and been a part of marketing, sales, and operations teams. I thrive in cross-functional assignments and environments.
Experienced Communicator
I have completed over a dozen professional speeches as part of the Toastmasters organization, and was the president of a Seattle chapter for a number of years. I love connecting with and working alongside others to solve difficult business problems, and I’m excited for the opportunity to do this as a Chief of Staff at an organization with such an important mission.
